WILSON, Minn. – A 16-year-old boy was killed in a single-vehicle rollover on Interstate 90 near the Highway 43 exit to Winona. The State Patrol didn’t release the boy’s name immediately but identified a 13-year-old passenger as Ethan James Meeks of Racine, Wisconsin. He was unhurt. The Patrol said their 2005 Chevrolet Silverado pickup went into the median and overturned. They were eastbound. The driver was not buckled, the Patrol said. The accident happened about 6 p.m.
