WINONA, Minn. – Vaccinations against the pandemic virus have been given to 31 firefighters and 18 police officers so far, City Manager Steve Sarvi told the City Council. These have included full-timers and volunteers. The vaccination schedule includes more than 90 first-responders in the county.
