ROCHESTER, Minn. — A driver, northbound on Highway 52, lost control at the Elton Hills off-ramp, climbed an embankment, and crashed through a fence. Police said the driver appeared unhurt but was sent to a hospital anyway. The driver had become distracted, police said. The accident happened about 4 p.m.
