WINONA, Minn. – A passerby reported seeing a traffic accident at Mankato Avenue and Sanborn Street about 10 a.m. The drivers, according to the report, got out of their vehicles and argued, then chased each other east on Sanborn. Responding officers were unable to find any suspicious activity and heard no more pertaining to the incident.
