MINNEAPOLIS – A 57-year-old inmate from the Faribault state prison died of the CoVid plague at Abbot Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. The prisoner’s name was not released. He was the sixth Faribault inmate to die after contracting the virus and the 10th in the state prison system. The state Corrections Department confirmed that three other Faribault prisoners remain hospitalized off-site in critical condition with CoVid.
