WINONA, Minn. — A two-vehicle accident occurred at Sixth and Grand streets on the West side when a Jeep struck the rear of a Toyota Corolla. Police described the accident as minor. It occurred about 2:45 p.m. The Corolla was stopped to allow a pedestrian to cross, police said. The driver of the Jeep reported not seeing that the Corolla was stopped.
