FOUNTAIN CITY, Wis. — Phyllis (Rebhahn) Passow, 87 formerly of Arcadia, who worked many years as a nursing assistant at the Arcadia Hospital nursing home and later at a nursing home in Houston, Minnesota, died at St. Michael’s nursing home in Fountain City. She loved the country western music written and played by her son, Mike “Bud Willow” and his Hillbilly Fever band. She was an excellent cook who helped prepare many meals for the Brush Poppin’ Trail Ride in Peterson, Minnesota.
