ST. PAUL, Minn. – A Colorado travel company has agreed to refund $650,000 to several hundred Minnesota music students after a spring European trip was cancelled because of CoVid. Attorney General Keith Ellison announced that 344 students would get their money back. The company had charged between $6,300 and $9,000 for its 2020 Ambassadors of Music tour for students and their parents. Ellison said the company refused to issue full refunds and kept $1,900 in cancellation fees from each student. Voyageurs, of the Denver suburb of Wheat Ridge, has been organizing spring tours to Europe for high-schoolers since 1970.
