WINONA, Minn. – Fourteen new COVID-19 infections, all among younger people, were confirmed in Winona County by the Minnesota Department of Health, raising the total to 181. The Winona County Health Department said that all infected patients were younger than 39, 11 of them between 18 and 25. The increase is the highest increase in a single day since mid-April. The department said the large number of cases will be checked for commonalities to develop preventive measures.
