BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. — Both westbound lanes of I-94 near Black River Falls were blocked four hours after a backhoe was torn off trailer being towed a truck. The backhoe scraped the Castle Mound overpass, 1-1/2 miles east of town, and landed on the right-of-way about 9:30- a.m. No one was injured. The State Patrol said the bridge suffered significantly damaged.
