ROCHESTER, Minn.– Two teenagers were shot, one of them critically, in an after-dark confrontation in an apartment house parking lot. Police said the shootings were at the 2400 block of 18-1/2 Avenue Northwest. Police had few details immediately. Police were alerted by a 911 phone call from the mother of one victim. She said her wounded son had been brought home by friends. At the shooting scene, police found shards of broken glass from car windows. There was blood was in the snow. One of the buildings may have been hit by a round, police said.
