WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Kyle Nelton-Gilow, 30, lost much of a sense of decorum for where he was at. In the police station lobby, police said, he was shouting obscenities and challenged an officer to a fight. This was about 8:40 a.m. The cops restored decorum and charged Nelton-Gilow with causing a disturbance.
