ROCHESTER, Minn. – A car smashed into a median wall on U.S. 52 at the 16th Street exit near Apache Mall, leaving the driver with non-life threatening injuries. The driver, Rachel Esther Parsons, 27, of Stewartville, was driving a 2019 Ford Escort. The State Patrol said conditions were snowy and icy. The accident happened about 6 a.m.
