ST. CHARLES, Minn. – A Rochester driver got in more trouble than expected when he was pulled over. The deputy explained to Bahama Jay Boehmke, 32, that the car had an obstructed view. One thing led to another and led to arrest, the deputy said, for giving a false name, driving with a cancelled license and inimical to public safety, and possessing a controlled substance. According to the complaint, the stop was about 12:15 p.m. at St Charles Avenue and Sixth Street in the U.S. 14 main drag.
