WINONA, Minn. — A Winona man, Timothy Paul Schmalenberg, 25, was brought into custody on an outstanding warrant near Broadway and St. Charles streets on the East Side. Police said that Schmalenberg was in possession of methamphetamine at the time, about 12:30 a.m. The meth led, also, to a charge of possessing a controlled substance.
Schmalenberg. Charges: Fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance; two counts of theft, violating an order for protection.
