WINONA, Minn. – Kenneth A. Ulbrich, of Winona, who was employed at Bay State Milling, retiring in 2013 as as director of quality services. died at age 73. Earlier started his flour milling career at Peavy Company and worked there for 15 years. He held a degree from Mankato State University. He in the US Army from 1970 to 1972 in Bad Kreuznach, Germany. In Winona he served on the Westfield golf club board of directors for 13 years.
