ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man and woman were arrested at a northeast Rochester house for a robbery at a Subway on U.S. Highway14 on the Southeast Side. Police connected the pair to the robbery after spotting them on video from a nearby strip mall earlier in the day. Arrested were Robert Mosley, 22, and Siani Banks, 21. The arrest was at 211 15th Street Northeast. In the robbery, according to a Subway sandwich-maker, a man walked up the counter, reached into his shirt and appeared to have a gun. The clerk gave the suspect money. The couple fled in a gray sedan – another clue for police.
