DRESBACH, Minn. – The main artery between Winona and LaCrosse, Highway 61 and I-90, will be closed intermittently through Monday at the Interstate 90 interchange near Dresbach, the state Transportation Department said. Watch for flaggers and expect brief delays, the department said. Crews will remove pavement Thursday on Exit 273B off-ramp. The project should be completed Monday.
