ST. CHARLES, Minn. – James “Jim” L. Ludwig, 60, of St. Charles, who worked at Ferrara Candy in Winona, died at home. He was a 1979 graduate of St. Charles High School. Over the years he held jobs at the Holiday station in St. Charles, the state Natural Resources Department in Lewiston, the Hubbard turkey plant in Altura, and Lakeside Foods in Plainview. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion and the Deer Hunters Association. He was known for his owl figurines.
