WINONA, Minn. – The Winona school system says most families, 70% to 80%, prefer – a mix of in-person and virtual learning for fall classes, according to a survey. School Superintendent Annette Freiheit said the survey found 15% to 20% prefer tan exclusively distance-learning format. The School meets Thursday to begin considering options.
