WINONA, Minn. – After police pulled over Nicole Angelica Klink for expired plates, they recognized her passenger as a guy who had obtained a court restraining order against her. What gives here? Klink, 33, of Winona, was arrested and referred for driving after suspension and violating a domestic abuse no contact order. The arrest was at Broadway and Main streets about 8:50 p.m.
