WINONA, Minn. — Firefighters helped people out of a stalled elevator in the 200 block of West Mark Street. The elevator was stalled on the first floor, which personnel were able to open. This was during the lunch hour. Maintenance personnel agreed to shut power to the elevator and call a repair company.
