WHITEHALL, Wis. — A Chicago man stopped on Interstate 94 with a 300-gram chunk of cocaine, worth an estimated $20,000m was arraigned and ordered held on $20,000 bond. The charge against Dajuan Cortez Thomas, 33: Possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. Thomas was arrested about 10:30 p.m., March 24, near Osseo, after a stop for driving violations. A police dog sensed narcotics inside the vehicle. Thomas and a passenger, Lucious Thomas, 52, of Chicago, were arrested. The passenger was later released. Judge Rian Radtke set his next court appearance for April 1.
