MADISON, Wis. — Gov. Tony Evers endorsed fellow Democrat Joe Biden for president. Evers had kept himself neutral in the party’s Wisconsin the primary in April, when the field had 14 candidates. The Democratic National Convention is expected to nominate Biden in Milwaukee in two weeks.
