OWATONNA Minn. –A Waseca woman was charged with a near-fatal kitchen-knife stabbing during an argument in an Owatonna apartment. The charges against Tierrah Wells, 33: Second-degree attempted murder and first-degree assault charges. Bond was set at $250,000. Stabbed was Charles Ellis, 42.
