CANNON FALLS, Minn. – The Minnesota State Patrol has added a Cannon Falls incident to its horror list of speeders. A State Patrol officer was chasing a speeding motorcyclist but abandoned the chase after the biker hit speeds in excess of 130 mph. Dispatchers followed the speeding motorcyclist using highway traffic cameras and relaying the biker’s location ahead to local police. The biker was stopped on Highway 52 by Cannon
