WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Hugh Thomas Gill, 29, was cited for inattentive driving after a collision at Mankato Avenue and Frontenac Drive on the Far East End. Police said that Gill rear-ended one vehicle, which resulted in that vehicle being pushed forward and striking another vehicle. The accident was about 7:40 p.m.
