ST. PAUL, Minn. – A record 136 persons were arrested by multi-agency Operation Safety Net officers in a fifth night of protests over the shooting Sunday of Daunte wright. Scott Wasserman, a spokesman for the state Public Safety Department, issued the number of arrests in a written statement. Wasserman didn’t respond to follow-up queries whether any were journalists.
