ONALASKA, Wis. – A roadside litter pick-up crew found a badly decomposed body off the busy southbound Highway 53 on-ramp near Sand Lake Road. The body was against a fence in a wooded area behind Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church. The remains were found abut 9:30 a.m. by Paul and Nancy Ernst. Police said it could take weeks to identify the remains.
