WINONA, Minn. — A Winona man, Eric Anthony Drazkowski, 38, was arrested and referred for possession of a controlled substance after deputies executed a search warrant in the 550 residential block of Hamilton Street. With Drazkowski was Nicola Renee Garfield, 42, and Mary Lou Zieman, 52, both of Winona. They too were also arrested and also referred for possession of a controlled. The arrests were about 2:15 p.m. The arrest was a joint effort between Winona police, theWinona County sheriff’s office, and the Houston County sheriff’s office.
