WINONA, Minn. — A Winona State University student, Shelby Olson, was awarded the Winona Health Foundation’s $1,000 McClenathan $scholarship. Olson is is from DeForest, Wisconsin. The award includes anurse figurine from the collection of Phyllis McClenathan, a long-time birthing nurse at the hospital, who died in 2006.
