SAVOY, Ill. — Arlene M. Blank, 79, once a librarian at the Winona Public Library and later a school librarian in Colfax and also Evansville, Wisconsin, died of the coronavirus. She held degrees in history education from the College of Saint Teresa, in library science from Winona State College, and educational media from Mankato State College,. She also worked toward a doctorate at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
