WINONA, Minn. — Regina Ann Pampuch, 99, formerly of Winona, who had retired from Lake Center Switch after 28 years, died in California, where she spent many months a year with family. Since 1993 she had spent winters in California, living at each of her children’s homes for two weeks each month. In the summer she returned to Minnesota and her children took turns living with her.
