WINONA, Minn. — A Winhaven Court tenant left plastic on a stove, which melted and filled the apartment with smoke. Firefighters found no fire, just the smoke. There were no injuries. The six-story Winhaven Court, at 104 Main Street downtown, has 120 units. The call was about 10:40 a.m.
