CADOTT, Wis. – The long-running Cadott Country Fest is back after a Covid furlough last summer. Seven-thousand camp sites surrounding the 380-acre amphitheater opens Wednesday near this northwest Wisconsin burg with a kick-off show for full ticket-holders and continues through the weekend. At the kick-off: Neal McCoy, the Kentucky Headhunters, Eric Chesser, and Aileeah Colgan. The lineup on following days includes Kane Brown, Dierks Bentley, Thomas Rhett, Dustin Lynch, Cole Swindell, Brothers Osborne, the Oak Ridge Boys, Rhett Atkins — and locals Lassos and Lace. The fest dates to 1987 and is one of longest-running summer festivals in the United States. Three-day general admission is $169 and single-day admission $100. Lawn-chair tickets are $260, VIP tickets $505. The music will keep on coming. Next month the venue has Rock Fest with performers including Korn, Rob Zombie and Limp Bizkit.
