ST. PAUL, Minn. – State senators voted unanimously to approve a $7.3 billion transportation bill that the House earlier approved. The bill is a major component f a $52 billion state budget for the next biennium, some pieces of which are still moving through the legislative process against a June 30 deadline that marks the end of the current fiscal biennium.
