WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Brandon James Zaborowski, 28, was arrested on the 650 residential block of East Second Street on a report that he had violated a no-contact court order. Also, police said he had drug paraphernalia that tested positive for meth. The arrest was about 9:30 a.m.
