WINONA, Minn. — Deputies arrested Edwin Diaz Carrasco, 45, of Plainview, and charged him tentatively for drunken driving on Highway 61 near the Hy-Vee supermarket. The arrest was about 10:10 p.m. Carrasco had been pulled over for driving the wrong way on Highway 61, deputies said. A field sobriety test put his blood-alcohol content at .1%, two-10ths of a point above the limit for driving.
