WINONA, Minn. —A Winona driver suffered what appeared to be minor injuries in a two-vehicle collision at the Huff Street intersection off U.S. Highway 61. Tyler Alan Meyer, 26, was taken to the hospital to be checked out. A passenger, Alanna Jo Eggert, 27, of Lewiston, was also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. A second passenger, Benjamin William Eggert, 4, of Lewiston was unhurt. They were in a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe. The other driver, Catherine Rose Illies, 26, of Winona, was unhurt. The State Patrol said Illies was driving a 2010 Ford Fusion southbound on Highway 61 and attempting to turn across traffic to go into Winona. Meyer was heading north. The accident happened about 11:45 a.m.
