ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man caught stealing catalytic converters from an Eyota truck dealership was ordered to pay $9,000 restitution. Keith Wilcox, 60, of Rochester, was also ordered to jail for six months if he ever does it again. He will be on probation five years. Wilcox pleaded guilty to three felony charges for the theft of vehicle emission control devices from Dahl Trucks in Eyota in May. In all Wilcox had 18 converters in his pickup cab, some of which investigators suspected were stripped from RVs at a storage business in Rochester.
