WINONA, Minn. – Everyone in Winona County, whether vaccinated or not, should wear a mask indoors or any other places\ where there may be an increased risk of Covid transmission, gthe county Health Department said. The agency cited an increase Delta variant cases in Minnesota. Masking is needed ntl at least 70% of the population vaccinated. Winona is at 60%.
