HOKAH , Minn. – A head-on collision involving a semi-truck and a sedan claimed the life a Prior Lake man nine miles southwest of Hokah. The State Patrol said that Jacob Quentin Schiffner, 21, died outright. The truck driver, Aaron James Souhrada, 59, of Lime Springs Iowa, suffered minor injuries. The collision was about 6:30 a.m. on State Highway 44 at Indian Springs Road. Schiffner, in 2014 Ford Escape, was southbound. Souhrada, at the wheel of a 2017 International tractor, was northbound.
