WINONA, Minn. — officers arrested Charles Leroy King, 25, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of domestic assault. He allegedly pinned someone in a doorway, flung them across a room, held them down and slapped them. This was in the 1750 block of Kraemer Drive, according to the report. The arrest was about 4:30 a.m.
