ST. PAUL, Minn. – This weekend is the last hurrah of the season for bikers making their annual Fall Flood Run up and down the Upper Mississippi and Lower St. Croix rivers. The weather forecast is perfect: 70s and 80s and dry pavement. The State Patrol issued an alert to motorcyclists and motorists to be extra careful. Fifty motorcyclists have died on Minnesota roads so far this year, the Patrol said.
