ROSE CREEK, Minn. – A semi-trailer loaded with 170 hogs rolled into a ditch six miles northeast of Rose Creek in Mower County. The driver, who was unhurt, said he had taken a corner too close and lost control. Twenty hogs died. The accident was about 6:30 p.m. at County Road 3 and 640th Avenue. Clean-up crew expected to be on-site until midnight.
