WILSON, Minn. – A Minneapolis driver went off Highway 43 near the Interstate 90 interchange about dawn. A first-responder said that Brady Albright, 24, was incoherent in his car and then went unconscious. His injuries, however, were found to be non-life threatening at the Winona hospital. Alcohol was a factor, the State Patrol said. Albright was southbound on Highway 43 in a 2014 Audi A4 about 6:45 a.m.
