WINONA, Minn. – The civic group Engage Winona, under a city contract to tap the city’s pulsebeat, is rolling out numerous feedback mechanisms in December. Marcia Ratliff, executive director, said citizens may contribute to a comprehensive city plan through a survey, an interactive map, a voicemail box and in-person and online dialogue. “We’re going to continue to bring stuff back to the community for feedback and this will be incorporated into the planning commission and the city council’s decision making,” Ratliff said in a KWNO radio interview.
