DRESBACH, Minn. – Two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident on Interstate 90 at the Highway 61 split to Winona. A deputy found the smashed-up car with people, apparently all passengers, milling around and one wandering on an exit ramp. Deputies concluded that Alvaro E. Favela, 22, of Shakopee, was driving and probably drunk. Deputies drafted a warrant for a blood draw. Favela was one of the people who were taken to a hospital.
