WINONA, Minn. – A Winona experimental dance artist, Sharon Mansur, has been named guest curator for the Frozen River Film Festival. Eileen Moeller, managing director, said Mansur will help build sets and reach out to filmmakers. In the future, she will be involved in shaping programs at seminal stages, Moeller said. Mansur’s most recent dance film is a collaborative work. “1001 Arab Futures.” The 2022 all-documentary film festival runs February 6-13.
