BETHANY, Minn. – A Lewiston man, Jamie Pecpile Itehua, 32, was arrested on Bethany Drive for driving drunk. Deputies said Itehua had a blood-alcohol content of 0.14%, almost double the allowable percentage. The arrest was about 11 p.m.
